The content on this website is provided for general information about our company and services. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material.
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a binding contract. Product descriptions, indicative prices and lead times shared during initial discussions are provided in good faith and remain subject to confirmation. A binding agreement arises only when both parties execute a written contract or confirm a purchase order in writing.
We operate in accordance with applicable export and import regulations in the jurisdictions from which and to which we trade. Buyers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination market and for obtaining any import licences required of the importer.
All content on this website, including the Qinico name, logo, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Qinico and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. For OEM and ODM programs, buyers warrant that they hold the necessary rights to any branding they ask us to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qinico is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability in connection with any order is governed by the written contract for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract for a specific order.
