Who We Are
For most of our careers we worked for the factories, helping Chinese and Australian manufacturers find and keep overseas customers. We know how these businesses price, what they can really produce, and which ones keep their word.
Qinico turns that knowledge around to serve buyers. When you ask us to source a product, we are not searching a directory. We are calling owners we have worked with for years, in their own language, about a specification we already know their line can hold.
Hong Kong gives our clients a trusted base for contracts and banking. Our China office sits close to the manufacturing regions we buy from. Our Australian office manages meat, butter and dairy programs at the source. Between the three, someone is always awake when you need an answer.

Furniture bought at the factory gate, not through a showroom. Materials, finishes and dimensions are negotiated directly with the maker, and every order is inspected before it ships.

Catalogue items and OEM programs from export-experienced factories. We confirm certification requirements for your destination market before production starts, and sample runs come before any volume commitment.

How We Work
Every step below has one thing in common: you deal with us, and we deal with everything else. Each stage ends with something concrete in your hands.
Send us the product, target specification, quantities and destination. Within 24 hours you get our questions, an honest read on feasibility, and a first direction on price.
You receive: initial pricing direction
We shortlist factories from our own network, matched to your specification and volume. These are plants we have visited and worked with, not names from a directory.
You receive: a shortlist with indicative quotes
We negotiate at the factory, in Mandarin. Product spec, customization, packaging, tolerances and commercial terms are agreed and put in writing before anything is produced.
You receive: a signed specification and terms
Production is monitored against the agreed spec and goods are inspected before shipment. For food orders, cold chain integrity is checked at every handover point.
You receive: an inspection report with photos
Freight, export documentation, certificates and customs requirements for your destination are handled by us, with updates at every milestone, not just at departure.
You receive: the full document set and live updates
Goods arrive as specified, and we stay reachable after they do. Most of our volume comes from buyers on their second, fifth or twentieth order, and we intend to keep it that way.
